Terms and Conditions of Service
These Terms and Conditions apply to all domestic, commercial and industrial services provided by VLV Electrical Ltd. By accepting a quotation, booking works, or engaging our services, the client agrees to the following:
1. Compliance & Standards
All work is undertaken in accordance with current UK regulations including BS 7671, Building Regulations Part P, and all relevant statutory requirements.
2. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Quotations are based on the information available at the time of issue.

Additional work, unforeseen site conditions, or restricted access may result in revised pricing.
3. Variations
Where additional works are identified during installation or testing, the client will be informed before proceeding.
4. Availability
All works are subject to labour and material availability.

Card payments processed via Stripe are subject to an additional surcharge to cover third-party transaction fees. The applicable percentage fee will be disclosed upon request prior to processing payment.
